Having 'Peace of Mind' is not a strenuous job; it is an effortless process!


In this hustle bustle life,where everyone is busy in dealing with himself and his surroundings finds it difficult to have peace of mind.When it comes to have peace and that too of mind,majority of people
Lack it.And that’s the only reason most of the people choose certain activities like reading a book,going on a vacation,watching a movie,listening their favorite music and deep asleep in order to get inner peace.

But how long do you think these all things lasts??

Probably for an hour, for a day , may be for a weak  these all things can help you in getting  inner peace. But what about the rest days and life??

Now for the rest days people switch towards meditation as a better option to take away their mind from its usual thoughts,worries and constant thinking.But how do most of the people meditate?They do it unwillingly , just in order to quiet their mind.They don’t love doing it.

But let me ask you how do you quiet your mind when you really hate meditation?
So what’s the real way to achieve  peace of mind??

 You all might have heard of the famous  Lord  Buddha  and his disciple story whose gist is Having ‘Peace of Mind’ is not a strenuous job; it is an effortless process!.So, Peace of mind can be achieved only if you will start to understand what exactly your mind is!!!Start to put question marks on your believes ,illusions and thoughts. It will help you in gaining peace of mind.

When you see the difference between reality and illusion then your mind gets clear and thus peaceful.When you will achieve the thought free state then there comes the peace of mind.
