Practice leads to Perfection.
Well,
I have heard this proverb many times "Practice makes a man perfect". Earlier,
I won't believe in this but when I have experienced this in my life, I realized
that i was wrong earlier. Truly, practice leads to perfection, as no can be
perfect in all means in life.
It doesn't matter how weak you are in doing a certain work, practice will help you to tackle your weakness.See, we are not born with skills. Whatever we have learnt or earned is here only.

When we were children, we needed practice to do each and every small task. We needed practice to sit, to stand, to walk and even to turn over the side. But we all did it, because we practiced all these things without disappointment. Practice is a part of learning process. Medical science tells us that repeated practice creates channels in your brain. When you repeatedly endeavor in a particular way, thinks in a particular way, it creates neuro channels, making that task easier for you.
You all might have heard of the famous story of 'king Bruce and spider'. When Robert Bruce was disappointingly hiding in a cave and saw a spider which was trying to climb on the wall, even after spider fell down many times while climbing on the wall, but didn't feel disappointed and finally was able to climb over the wall. This all activity and practice of spider motivated king Bruce to fight a war against his enemies. Then king Bruce fought a war against his enemies and finally won.
So, this is the power of practice. Ideally, no one is perfect in this world but a perfect practice makes you perfect.Just try to practice the things you are afraid of, everything will fall in it's place.
